Message of May 6 was read, stating the House passed CS FOR                     
SENATE BILL NO. 117(HES) with the following amendment:                         
                                                                               
	Page 2, line 26, after "compensation of":                                     
		Insert	"up to"                                                               
                                                                               
and so,                                                                        
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 117(HES) am H                                          
"An Act establishing a statewide independent living                           
council and clarifying its relationship with existing                          
agencies; and providing for an effective date."                                
                                                                               
is returned for consideration.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House                      
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Senate concur in the House                     
amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 117(HES)?"  The roll

and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus passing              
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 117(HES) am H "An Act establishing                      
a statewide independent living council and clarifying its relationship         
with existing agencies; and providing for an effective date."                  
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote                
on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective             
date clause.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                            
                                                                               
The Secretary was requested to notify the House.                               
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 117(HES) am H was referred to the                       
Secretary for enrollment.
